Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In unused condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- With all labels/tags attached
Made-to-order parts and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@classic-bits.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may be refused or subject to a handling fee.

Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number and full name. Returns without identifying information may be delayed or not processed.
Late or Unidentifiable Returns
Returns sent after 30 days may be subject to a handling fee or a partial refund, at our discretion. If we cannot identify the sender (e.g. no name or order number), we may be unable to issue a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at sales@classic-bits.co.uk within 3 days. Include photos if applicable, and we will make it right.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:
- UK Orders: Considered lost after 10 working days from dispatch
- International Orders: Considered lost after 20 working days
Contact us at sales@classic-bits.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange, email us at sales@classic-bits.co.uk. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we’ll provide guidance on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered to an address in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The returned item must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
