Shipping policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) unless we contact you with an issue.
- Most orders are processed same working day if ordered before 3pm UK time.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We ship using Royal Mail services:
- Large Letter items (up to 500g): Delivered by Royal Mail 24 or Tracked 24, depending on order value (Orders over £20 sent via Tracked 24).
- Small Parcels (up to 2kg): Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Parcels over 2kg: Delivered by Royal Mail or an alternative courier (FedEx/UPS), depending on weight and size.
Free UK Shipping:
- Orders over £100 ex VAT qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Collection in Person
We also offer in-person collection.

- Collection is available by prior arrangement only — please wait until we confirm a time before travelling.
International Shipping
- We ship to most worldwide destinations via Royal Mail International Tracked or courier partners.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery times vary by country, typically 5–15 working days. Delays in delivery can happen at busy times of the year.
Customs & Duties (EU customers)
- For orders shipped to the European Union with a total value of €150 or less, VAT may be collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This applies only to private (residential) customers and not to business purchases.
- Where VAT is collected at checkout, your order should normally be delivered without additional VAT charges on arrival. However, customs authorities or couriers may still apply import duties, handling fees, or clearance charges, depending on the destination country and the type of goods.
- Orders with a value over €150, or orders placed by business customers, are not eligible for IOSS. In these cases, VAT, customs duties, and any related fees will be charged by the courier or local customs authority upon import.
- Any customs charges or fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority.
- If customs charges are refused or unpaid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the order will not be refunded.

Tracking
- Orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or courier services will include a tracking number.
- Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
- Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or busy seasonal periods.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
